How to play Higher / Lower

Choose a sport or all sports. Decide whether the second value is higher or lower than the first. Compare the stated metric and period, not present-day totals.
Make your choice using the on-screen controls. Read the feedback before moving on.
Replay to improve your score, or return to the game library to try a different challenge.

Scoring and hints

Each correct comparison adds one to your streak. A wrong answer ends the run. Equal-value pairs are excluded. Your best streak is saved on this device.

Worked example

If the first value is 10 and the second is 7, choose lower.

Controls and saved progress

Use the on-screen buttons with touch or a pointer, or Tab and Enter with a keyboard. Follow any shortcut labels shown in the game. Saved best scores are local to this browser; they do not sync between devices.
